We use Type I and Type III grass-fed bovine collagen peptides in all of our baking mixes.  Collagen peptides are full of amino acids that support healthy tissue, including that of the digestive tract.

When it comes to sugar, the benefits of some forms are sweeter than others.

That's why we opted for organic, fair-trade coconut sugar to sweeten our mixes. Made from the coconut blossoms of coconut trees, this natural sweetener contain iron and potassium and is less likely to spike your blood sugar.

Remember hearing that a little dark chocolate is good for you? Our selective hearing does too!

The reason? Cocoa is packed full of polyphenols, an antioxidant powerhouse linked to a variety of other amazing health benefits. So, the next time someone tries to tell you that a brownie can't be healthy, remember you don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

The backbone of every baking mix is the flour, and that's what makes our baking mixes so unique! In addition to swapping a portion of the flour for protein-rich collagen peptides, we also ditched the common baking flour for gut-friendly cassava flour.

This grain-free flour alternative is easy to digest, allergen friendly and contributes to the light, fluffy texture you want from your baked goods. 

We use monk fruit extract to give some our mixes the pop of sweetness you want in your cakes & cookies. This zero calorie, sugar-free sweetener is derived from the luo han guo melon, and offers a clean, natural sweetness that won't spike your blood sugar. 

Oh ya, and it doesn't have that weird aftertaste of an artificial sweetener. Win, freaking win. 

To keep our recipes dairy free, you can swap oil for butter in all of our mixes! Personally, we love coconut oil and avocado oil. Full of healthy fats, these oils tend to be less processed than seed oils and make the perfect complement to our baking mixes.

Plus, the extra pop of coconutty sweetness is the secret ingredient you never knew your baked goods needed. Luckily, we're not very good at keeping secrets.
